Parents were vunerable adult & niece removed me as trustee in last amendment to trust. what can i do

You can file a complaint with the local police where your parents live for violation of the elder abuse statutes, and financial exploitation of a vulnerable adult. You can file an action in the probate division of the Superior Court to reinstate you as trustee and in addition to appoint you as guardian and conservator of your parents.
