POA Abuse .....where did she bury Mom !
This is unbelieveable. Just found out 4 wks ago my mother passed away. 9 months ago. Sister told none of us! Iam 1 of 8. I'm crushed that she would do this to my mother. My mother and father had paid cemetery plots together. Mom's not there. Sister left state. Death certificate I sent for only says ''Certificate of No Death Record''. I don't know what that means and I was hoping the death certificate would tell me what she did with our Mom. I keep running into dead ends. Someone plzzz any advice would be greatly appreciated. How could she do this? (there's more)

You should file your petition in probate court for appointment as personal representative of the estate, and then you will have the authority to investigate what happened and have the power of the superior court to scrutinize what has been done.
