All persons holding property for the benefit of another are "trustees" and owe a fiduciary duty to all beneficiaries of that trust or the undertaking of the person holding the property. I have no information to form a description of the responsibilities of a church corporate trustee. All trustees must act solely in the best interests of the beneficiaries of the trust.
