Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

3-22-2010 i was awarded custody of my children.today i was served a restraining ordered from my ex-wife dated 3-15-2010 from a seattle court.this has been her m.o. throughout this ugly battle. i have never abused her in any way and i want it off and i want it to end.do i contact the judge in this matter? i feel harassed beyond comprehension. is there any thing i can file to stop this?

You can contest the WA restraining order. Perhaps that systym will allow sanctions if they find that her Petition had zero merit.
