Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
I need some help, please
i have a 5 month old daughter whose father has only contacted me himself maybe 6 times and he's seen her 3 times, since she was born. i haven't ever told him that he couldn't see her just i wouldn't go to his house. We had agreed on a time for him to see her but he didn't show up, he hasn't called in about four months. His name is not on the birth certificate. When she was two days old he brought me an ''acknowldgemt of paternity'' paper to sign but i didn't. i read it over and it didn't say i had to sign it. He hasn't tried to do DNA testing so far. I do not want child support i want him to just sign over his rights with no further contact. I am in a new relationship and he has been there since i was 2 months pregnant. He is the father in my eyes. He wants to adopt when the biological father is out of the picture. Please help

Re: I need some help, please
We can certainly assist you through the termination of the Father's rights and an adoption
I can explain the procedures better by phone or in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via e'mail. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss the matter in more detail.
Please call me directly to discuss the specifics of your case, or contact my assistant Audrey to schedule a free 1/2 hour consultation. I look forward to talking with you.
