Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I'm 16 and my mother is in Jail. I don't have a legal Father. I'm leaving with my grandmother but she has no legal rights to me. Who is my legal guardain as of right now.

Without a Court Order, your grandmother is your "defacto" guardian, but is not your "legal guardian.

She can get Guardianship Orders very easily.

We can certainly help her consider and then pursue her options.
