50% parenting time--
Children spend equal time with thier mother and myself, who if either of us will be the custodial parent? Also, what affect will that have on the amount of child support to be paid. Thank you,

There does not have to be a designation of "primary custodial parenting." If parents share equal time, this does affect the child support, but it is impossible to speculate on the calculation without knowing information about the other factors.
