Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

16 & pregnant

My 16 y/o is pregnant (6 weeks)and the father and his parents want to be involved which is fine. The only thing my husband asked for is a little time to let this sink in. Within 4 days of finding out his mother was texing me threats. What rights do they have now? I know they will get rights after the baby is born. But right now they are stressing her out.

THere are no rights now. There is no baby over whom the court can have jurisdiction. I would encourage she allow involvement by the father in doctor's appointments etc. Just let them know you are more than willing to support his involvement but there have to be some ground rules between the parties.
