Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
My 13 year old daughter lived with me for the past 6 years without any financial support from her mom,In march 2009 ,my daughter dicide to live with her mom and refused to see me or talk to me after several attempts of trying to see her ,i did not get any excuse for her behaveior,comunication with her mom is impossible,my daughter controle her mom,let her do what she wants,in the other hand i am very disciplinary and push her to be responsible and good,my question is, can i give-up my parental rights with out having to pay child support?
P.S:her mom does not work,i didnt receive any child support when i was raising her for the past 6 years, all my child support obligations in the past are fully paid.

I would not advise giving up your parental rights as this basically cuts you out of the picture permanently. If you don't want to pay child support that is one way to accomplish it. But you also will give up having any say in your daughter's education, medical care, living arrangements, etc. Best of luck to you.
