Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
I have a 4 year old daughter,and me and her father have been separated for almost 3 years,never married,the first year he never saw her and never helped me financially with her needs,the 2nd year he started seeing her once a week and yet no money either,and at 4 months in the year for 2 days a week 0 money,for about the past 6months hes been seeing her 3 days a week and no money,i have lived in the same address for 4 years,as for him he doesn't have a stable place,he is living with one of his girlfriends friends,my concern is i don't know where this person lives,and no number to reach my daughter at,i'm concerned about her safety,these 3 days that he takes her he goes to work for majority of the day and leaves my daughter with these strangers,what can i do?what are my options?I am becoming overly stressed and concerned.He is stubborn and doesn't want to come into an agreement to have her on his days off,i dont know what to do,she hates going with her father and i dont want to continue making her go either.help!

I would need many more facts about your case before giving a detailed response, but generally the answer would be to file a pleading with the Court establishing certain criteria for parenting time. You have an absolute right yo know where your child is, the phone number as well as who is caring for her. Is there a court order in this matter or is it all by agreement?
