Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I have a 15 year old son who has expressed that he would like to live with me. My ex has sole custody currently and lives 1 hr from me. I have no criminal record and am financially stable. What kind of chance do I have at getting custody of my son if I petition for it?

This is difficult to answer without additional information about your situation. Although your son's wishes are one factor among many that the court may consider, it is not up to him to decide where to live, so you must be able to show the court that changing the current arrangements is in his best interests.
