Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

about 6 years ago I signed over the rights to my 2 children, at the time I was very young and the mom threatned me and I felt forced to do so, with much regret now I would really like to get to know my children is there any way to gain my rights back and get partial custody of them?

It is very hard to undo relinquishment of parental rights and obligations, but you can petition the court for consideration. It is unlikely you would get even partial custody, but you might get some visitation time. Have you tried talking to the mother to see if she would allow voluntary parenting time for you?
