Arizona law does not allow minors to select where they live; however, the child's wishes are one factor among many that the court must take into consideration. Only a parent can file an action to modify custody/parenting time, so you'll need to talk to whichever parent would be the one filing the modification and see if they are willing to take this action. It is possible that you may be able to be interviewed by a court counselor so you have an opportunity to state your wishes (you wouldn't testify in court), but ultimately, it comes down to what a court believes is in your best interests.
