Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

My 21 yr old daughter came by the house the other night. She told me she couldn't take care of her 2 year old son. She wants me to take him. What do I need to do to get legal guardianship. I live in Pinal County in Arizona.

Legal guardianship is a relatively straightforward legal matter. It sounds as though your daughter would consent to this arrangement; however, the biological father would also either need to consent or he'd need to be given notice of the hearing and an opportunity to object to the guardianship.
