abondoned and need a divorce!
How can I get a divorce if I do not know where my husband is? I have not seen him since feb of 2003 and I no longer want to be married to a man that is no longer around let alone crazy! He abandoned us so what do I do? I can't have him served if he is not around!

Once you have taken adequate steps to locate him, you can the serve him "by publication", which means paying a local newspaper to publish your summons for four weeks in a row. There are limits to what you can ask for by publication, however.
