adoption agency is closing it's doors

We are in fl. Someone recommended to reach out to AZ. Commonwealth is closing their doors. We have paid over 23,000.00 and worked on our adoptions for 10 months with them. NO direction , no refund. can you assist. I think there is a class action law suit going forward. Heard they are doing this to 400 families.

You will need an AZ attorney to interpret AZ law.

Also look up in phone directory or the Fla Bar and see if any local attorney handles "class action" cases and that person may direct you to the firm in AZ that's handling Commonwealth.
