The length of the marriage is not relevant in determining whether a marriage can be annuled - there are statutory factors that address whether a marriage can be considered "void" or "voidable" and therefore able to be annuled. Adultery, in and of itself, is not one of these factors. Further, if the marriage does not qualify for annulment and divorce is the remaining option, the only ground for divorce in Arizona is that the marriage is "irretrievably broken without reasonable prospect of reconciliation." In other words, Arizona is a no-fault state.
