Age

How old do you have to be to choose where you wnat to live?

Arizona really does not have an age at which a child can simply choose where to live. Instead, the Court must ALWAYS "consider" a child's desires. But it is only one factor of many, as the Court must look at the overall circumstances to determine the child's best interests.

As a child gets older, their opinion carries more weight.
