Alamony

My husband signed a divorce where states that he has to pay alamony to his ex until he retires or he/she dies. Is that possible??

Yes. However, unless the parties agreed otherwise, spousal maintenance provisions are always modifiable. In fact, a recent case has allowed spousal maintenance to be modified EVEN WHEN the parties had agreed it was non-modifiable.
