If the kids live in AZ then you can move jurisdiction as long as you first file a notice of filing of foreign judgment. You need to make sure you have certified copies of all previous orders.

You cannot however move financial orders regarding alimony or child support unless the other party has moved out of that jurisdiction too or he or she agrees to move that order elsewhere.
