Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

i'm american married to a malaysian we got married in italy and i would now like a legal separation so i can take my 2 yo son and move back to the states what should i do?

My first question is where are you residing? If you are in another country, you might want to find out the laws of that country on the topic. Are you trying to return to Arizona? It does not matter where you were married. It matters where you divorce. In order to divorce in Arizona, you have to have resided here for 90 days or more.
