Ammending the Decree

I would like to know if I can ammend a decree.I signed the acceptance of waiver in a less than normal state of mind.I didn't understand the process.I was a homemaker for the 19yrs of marriage was hospitalized for a mental illness,shortly thier after I was served with the Divorce Papers.

There are various methods of setting aside a Decree. I would need to know more facts.
