Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I applied to modify custody but when the Father was served a sheet was missing. He has since left the country & can not be found. How should I proceed? Should I just wait it out & file for abandonment?

Well, if you can't find him I guess you can't serve the missing sheet. Besides, is it fairly obvious that a page is missing? If so, he should share responsibility for getting the omitted information. Also, you could hire a private investigator to try to find him if you really want to serve it. However, I think a better use of money would be filing for abandonment.
