If I am applying for child support, but I would also like to terminate parental rights from my daughters father? How will that affect the child support?

It depends a lot on whether the court denies the termination of parental rights of the other parent. Why would you want to do both?

A termination of parental rights does not eliminate his obligation to pay child support. Only an adoption does. You are ABSOLUTELY ABLE to terminate rights and still seek child support. BUT, YOU MUST CONSIDER STRATEGICALLY THE TIMING OF BOTH.
