In Arizona, at what age can a child pick which parent they want to live with and have a say in how much time they spend with a certain parent when the parents are divorced?

In Arizona, there is no law that allows a child to make such a decision. However, in a custody dispute, one of the factors the court can look at is the wishes of the child.

Arizona requires the Court to consider the desires of the every child. There is no specific age. However, it is only one factor of many. There is no age when a child simply can choose one parent. Obviously, the older and more mature a child is, the more weight the opinion will carry.
