Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Arizona divorce process. Husband dropped me from health ins. I filed motion to maintain health ins. It got lumped in with the divorce papers and court date isn't until 4/8/13. Any way to ask for emergency court date so I don't have to wait 6 weeks for status conference? Am chronically ill with medications costing $600 mo without the insurance. With insurance copays are $85.00

Yes, we could contact the Court either in writing or telephonically to explain the emergency of the matter. I would also demand he be responsible for any non-covered bills due to these actions. Ask he be held in contempt. The Owsley Law Firm 623 748 8973
