Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

In Arizona in 1996 i got divorced and then became disabled. All the child support got paid by social security ssdi.and a warrent was squashed. We both went to evs az child support review) and both signed the child support was paid in full and social security continued to pay support till they were 18 years old but the property agreement stated i owed her $50,000. It been 14 years and i am still on SSDI Can she still garnish my SSDI after this amount of time? This was part of the property settlement. I am currently still on SSDI. I know that child support can be deducted from SSDI but not property?

I'm not really understanding the whole situation. Did the two of you enter into a private agreement that no more child support was to be paid and, if so, why did money continue to be taken out of your SSDI checks? Also I am not understanding your reference to the property agreement. I don't know how you could "deduct" from the property. It would seem that is a separate part of the divorce terms.
