Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

In Arizona the "100 mile rule" for child relocation is not clarified. Meaning is it a 100 mile radius or 100 miles driving. My wife and I moved within the 100 mile radius and her ex is contesting we broke the law and parenting agreement.
