in arizona if paternity is established but no legal custody has be established and the child is born out of wedlock who gets to physically keep the child during the court proceedings?

Typically, before court orders, whichever parent has the child for the greater part of the previous six months. BUT, I would need to know so much more. Also, either parent can seek temporary orders to be entered while the case is pending.
