Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

am in Arizona. My 14 year old son went to his father's wedding in NY and called to tell me he is not coming home. I have had physical custody but no formal agreement is in place. What are my options?

You need to file an action in Arizona immediately and ask the court for an emergency order requiring him to return. You will want the court to sign a special warrant that would allow the officers in NY to take your son.
