Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Assign new judge?

**Note: We reside in Michigan - but this is an Arizona court case.***

How can we have a new judge assigned? Current one will not listen to any evidence against my wife's ex because she has not yet made a child support payment. Her ex is currently being investigated by Glendale (AZ) Police for assaulting the child. We know we can't find a judge to side with us on everything, but we feel this judge is ignoring very critical evidence. We want the case assigned to a new judge. How can we do that? Who does a judge have to answer to?? Please help! Thanks

Re: Assign new judge?

If you have an attorney, then this question is more appropriately addressed to him/her. If not, then it may be untimely since the judge has already heard evidence in your case. Your question can be complicated, so it would be best to schedule a consultation.
