what do I have to do to attain custody of a 1 year old boy and a soon to be born baby girl when the mother is a psycho and not a good mother. we have placed a few police reports for criminal damages, and a restraining order.

You must file an appropriate Court action and then prove to the Judge that it is in the child's best interests, all things considered, for you to be awarded custody.
