Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I attempted to gain guardianship of my grandson but lost in court because the mother lied. now my grandson is in the same situation that the mother told the courts would never happen again. What can i do? My grandson is in Ca. and I am in Az. I know in arizona the child has to be in the state. I need help

If the child resides in CA, the case will most likely need to be litigated in CA, but again, we would need more detail to determine this.
