Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I attended an Early resolution Conference for my divorce two days ago and signed a partial agreement. The paper work says that it is a binding contract however I am unable to follow through with one of the items in the agreement, I am unable to move myself and two children out of the home within 4 weeks. What can I do to get out of this agreement?

Notify your spouse immediately of the problem and request an extension to relocate.
