Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Do I need an attorney to file guardianship / conservatorship papers in Arizona court? My is an international student who is under 18. I'm support her education and well being here in US. I need to sign paperwork for her driver license etc. Could I do the paperwork without hiring an attorney?
