Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

In AZ divorce, can the judge impose a settlement if one spouse refuses to negotiate? No minor children are involved in this case.

Well, in that case it would not be a settlement. But yes, if the parties cannot reach an agreement, then a Judge will at some point be requried to enter final orders.
