It is possible. However, you first would have to try to get emancipated, which you can do at 16 or 17. Then you can choose who to live with. Otherwise there would have to be some kind of police/CPS intervention because of some neglect or abuse of you. Now don't be making things up and calling 911, because that will eventually be seen through. If there is something legitimate, that is another thing, but if so, probably some caring adult has already informed the authorities. Emancipation requires filing certain things with the court and having a hearing.
