Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

In AZ does a 16 year old girl have the right to move out from her parents home to live with a 20 year old brother, Aunt, and Uncle in the same county or would the police force her to return against her will?

It is possible. However, you first would have to try to get emancipated, which you can do at 16 or 17. Then you can choose who to live with. Otherwise there would have to be some kind of police/CPS intervention because of some neglect or abuse of you. Now don't be making things up and calling 911, because that will eventually be seen through. If there is something legitimate, that is another thing, but if so, probably some caring adult has already informed the authorities. Emancipation requires filing certain things with the court and having a hearing. There is information online of how to do so, such as via your county's clerk of court website or the Arizona Revised Statues. (Although I see you are writing from out of state.) Anyway, best of luck to you!
