If paternity has been established, she cannot prevent you from seeing your child. If you wish to secure your rights as a father, you should file a petition with the court to establish legal decision making and parenting time. If, however, there is significant domestic violence, drug or alcohol abuse involved, she may be able to limit your parenting time until you get treatment.
