Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Babys mom gets married ...

My baby's mother got married and they changed my daughters last name to the guy she married last name. I am the biological father and I pay child support. My daughter never legally had my name she had her moms name except the attorney general put me on the birth certificate. Can she do this? Can she give my daughter his last name and move to Washington State from Arizona as well? Do I have any rights? I live in NY.

You apparently need to contact an attorney in Washington or Arizona, whereever she got the name change done. Also, was there ever a visitation order?
