background check on wifes new boyfriend if my daughter lives with them

wife and I are not devorced yet do I have a right to due background check on wifes new boyfriend if my 13 year old daughter lives with them.. my wife wont tell me his name do I have any rights here.

I have had this issue in the past, and every time I have raised it, the Court has forced the other side to disclose the name and d/o/b of a live in boyfriend.
