You didn�t ask a specific question, but from the facts you provided, you would not have any standing to ask for a paternity test of the child. Even in a divorce action, the fact that your husband was unfaithful or even fathered a child out-of-wedlock, has very little to do with getting divorced. If the facts you provided are all there is to the story, the Divorce Court Judge isn�t going to �do anything about it.� From the tone of your question, it doesn�t sound like you are very happy with this situation.
