Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

My biological Dad getting Rights back after adoption?

8 years ago, my Biological dad had my mother's new husband adopt me and my two brothers. I am 15 now, and I speak with him on the phone. He wants visitation rights and/or his rights as my father back. How does he go about doing this?
