Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Birth Certificate

I had a child with my girlfriend which I signed my name in the childs birth certificate.

Later on, the court issued a Final Judgment order in which Paternity was established.

The relationship did not work out and my ex-girlfriend became vindictive and violent. Long story short, she disallowed my visitation with the child.

I have just recently discovered that the whole case was Dismissed and Closed 2 years ago. The child support payments continue via Income Deduction.

Question: And, is the child legally mine now that the case is Dismissed. What rights do I have as a parent? Am I still responsible for child support?

Please help!
