Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

My boyfriend has custody of his son during the week and his ex wife has him on the weekends. She was living with her parents and has recently moved into a new apartment. She will not tell my boyfriend where the apartment is. On top of that she has started seeing a new guy that has my boyfriend and her entire family nervous because she is doing lots of things out of character. Some suppose she may be on drugs. What can we do about not knowing where the child is on the weekends and also on trying to get answers about whether or not she is on drugs?

Obviously she cannot refuse to provide him with relevant information like her new address, especially if they are sharing physical custody, which it sounds like they are. I would go to court for enforcement of the parenting agreement. As for the drug issue, you would have to have some kind of proof she is using illegal drugs. Then a court would probably have to order her tested or she would have to voluntarily agree to get tested, and it would need to be on a random basis, not just whatever day she is clean.

Best of luck, and let me know if there is anything else I can do to help.
