Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
My Boyfriend of 1.5 years is divorced with 2 children ages 4 and 7. His ex-wife has recently remairred and is threatening me over child support. That is we get married she will make me pay. I would like to know if we are to become married can she collect child support from me if we file seperatly?? My boyfriend collects disability but is not employed due to his disability. We both want to move on with our lives but i dont want to "Owe" her anything. We see the kids regularly and buy them clothes and shoes and things for school.

She cannot get child support form you, and your income cannot be touched or considered in child support issues.
