Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

car

My husband left me and we have a car that is in both of our names. He has the car and I have no idea if he is paying it. He moved to another state and I have no contact with the car. What should I tell the finance company if I do not have the car anymore?

The finance company will have to contact the other person on the title, your husband, if you do not have any information about the present status of the car or payments.
