Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

cash bond warrant

I had court for today, but did not remember the time. I was late getting to court. This had to do with child support. The judge said i had to put a cash bond for $5.000 dollars until I go to court. MY QUESTION IS DO I GET THAT MONEY BACK WHEN I GO TO COURT?

Re: cash bond warrant

No in all likelihood the bond amount is a percentage of what you owe in back child support, and therefore will be sent to the custodial parent. It will however be applied to your arrears as a payment.
