Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Getting my chidren back

I gave my mom temp. custody of my kids and she wont give them back. Because it didnt go through court is it possible to just take them back? I dont want her calling the cops and saying I kidnapped them, so I was thinkin about taking a peace officer. Is this do able or do i need another plan of action.

I'm just so upset, I'm at a loss and am not sure what to do, please help me.

If there are no Orders, then she now has them without your permission. You SHOULD be able to have the police assist you. However, sometimes even the police would indicate that you would need to get Court orders.
