Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

child care expenses

I'm paying child support for my son, his mother takes him to day care five day's a week. The expenses are figured into the support. How can I check with the child care facility to make sure the mother is taking my son there and paying the expense? Thank you.

Re: child care expenses

If you have joint custody, then you have a right to access all records. Simply ask them for sign in sheets and copies of bills.

Re: child care expenses

As a parent, you have the absolute right to all of the daycare's records. Such is the case whether it is Joint Custody or Sole Custody (contrary to the note written by the other attorney).
