Child cusody

In ariaona can i leave my husband and take the kids to a new town (in the same state) with out him being able to charge me with kidnapping my kids and the father knows about the move

Yes. It is best to stay close to home for at least a year or so after a divorce is final, but within the same state should be no problem. It's when you move outside the jurisdiction (out of state) that it can be an issue. But years down the road, you should be able to move out of state so long as visitation can still be arranged should the father get visitation rights.
